Services and products are provided by Balloon Palace, a company legally incorporated under the laws of the State of New Jersey, in the United States of America. These “Terms” govern your use of the website and the contents found there. Please read all of these Terms carefully and contact us if you have any questions about them. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including our privacy policy.

• Balloon Palace offers a lot of products and services, mainly decorations, arrangements with balloons. Each of our products and services is associated with a fee expressed in U.S. dollars.
• If you want to remove the selected product at our location, you have to consider its size, for example bouquets mostly, are large and therefore, you need a suitable vehicle for your transfer, you are responsible for the final result of the product once you have left the store. At Balloon Palace are not responsible for damages that the product may suffer once the customer has removed it.
• All of our decorations with balloons last around 9-10 hours. We do not guarantee longer time because it depends on the location of the event.
• The photos are for reference, and even though we guarantee the best of quality in our arrangements, they may vary depending on our inventory.
• We will upload to our social networks or website photos of the customer and their decoration or bouquet, if we do not agree to have those images posted please notify us. We promise not to publish the customer however if we will publish our work.
• If you want your decoration to be made and delivered within 24 hours there is a rush fee charge that will be requested from you. 
• If there are any changes on your order, please let us know, if by any chance the decoration is done then we cannot agree on any changes to the order. So be cautious of the time, our staff tries the best to do everything according to the schedule.
• All of our deliveries are performed during the morning or the afternoon and not within a specific time. If you desire a specific time and date, please let us now in advance.
• We are not responsible for any weather issues you may encounter, sun or rain and the damage that it may cause to the decoration. Please check the weather forecast before the order if your event is outdoors.
• Once we deliver the decoration, we do not accept returns. The decoration will now be under your responsibility.
• You expressly agree that by using this website, the processing of personal information collected in the form and for the purposes mentioned above. Likewise, you acknowledge knowing the possibility of rejecting the processing of such data or information by rejecting the use of Cookies by selecting the appropriate settings for this purpose in your browser. While this option to block Cookies in your browser may not allow you to fully use all the functionalities of the website.
• For the delivery service, you must specify the exact address. Balloon Palace is not responsible if the order does not arrive on time or at an erroneous address due to any error that was made at the time of providing the address. Check the address very well before sending it and be as accurate as possible. We suggest sharing the location by WhatsApp to our contact number if you wish, if you send the wrong address, you may have an additional charge for transportation costs.
