Payment Agreement
- There will be a Non-Refundable Deposit due at time of accepting contract amount.
- The remaining balance will be requested one week prior to date of event.
- Other payment arrangement can be discussed at time of signing contract.
- Weather can play a major factor especially when creating outdoor décor.
- Balloon Palace is not responsible for any change of weather that happens the date of an event. Dark colored balloons
- {black/ brown/dark blue purple, etc.} attract heat and are subject to pop under the heat of the sun.
- We are not responsible for balloons popping/ blowing away with outdoor décor.
